Contact requests
Gwenaël Jakab, trading as JakabLab, uses your contact details and message to respond to your enquiry and follow up on your project. Your phone number is optional. These details are not used for advertising.
The form sends your enquiry to Form.taxi, which processes and forwards it to contact@jakablab.be. Form.taxi states that it hosts form data in the European Union. The service applies anti-spam checks and may retain enquiries in its management area.
Responding to a quote or project enquiry is based on the pre-contractual steps requested by the visitor. Information is kept for as long as needed to handle and follow up on the enquiry, subject to applicable retention obligations.
Your rights and contact
To request access, correction or deletion of your data, or ask a question about its processing, write to contact@jakablab.be. You may also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Your theme and language are stored locally in your browser. No advertising tracking is integrated. Optional audience analytics are described below.
The JakabLab interactive guide
The JakabLab Assistant provides predefined answers, without an AI model or external conversation service. Messages are processed on this page, are not stored permanently and are cleared when the guide closes. No text is copied to the form or analytics. With your analytics consent, only predefined categories are measured: opening, topic, contact, booking or unrecognised question.
Optional analytics
Umami Cloud measures visits, pages viewed, sources and commercial clicks only after your consent and when the service is configured. Without configuration, no analytics script is loaded. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and form messages are never sent to this tool. Free-text URL parameters and fragments are removed; only predefined campaign codes are retained.
Umami processes browser characteristics and IP addresses to produce its analytics; the absence of cookies does not mean that no data processing takes place.
You can accept, decline or withdraw consent through the “Privacy preferences” button at the bottom left of the screen when analytics are configured. Declining does not limit any feature. Your choice is stored locally for 180 days.
Umami Cloud’s Hobby plan states a 6-month analytics retention period. EU-region storage does not rule out processing outside the European Union by technical service providers. Backup and operational log retention periods are governed by Umami’s service terms.
External services
Links to GitHub, LinkedIn, BelgiQ or WhatsApp open external services governed by their own terms. This site loads no WhatsApp script; the service opens only when you click its link.
Booking a call
Booking opens on Cal.com only when you click the link. You enter your name, email and, if requested, project type there to arrange the call and receive appointment details. That service handles time slots, confirmations, cancellations and rescheduling according to its settings. No private calendar or booking script is embedded in this website.
